Introducing the new multi-treatment LUMINA Laser & IPL
British manufactured,  listed on the NHS Supply Chain.

How does laser hair removal work?

Melanin (pigment) in the hair absorbs the light and produces heat. This heat damages the hair follicle in such way as to inhibit regrowth (it damages the stem cells in the bulb and bulge) the hairs in the active growth stage will then naturally fall out over a period of 1 to 3 weeks)

What will happen in my first laser hair removal appointment?

The consultation + Test Patch
Treatment procedure and theory explained to determine skin reaction  and starting treatments parameters. However if no adverse reaction  occurs after one week then treatment can begin.

How much does laser hair removal cost?

A minimum of 6 sessions are recommended for best results, single treatment sessions are available to maintain results. Prices will be provided upon consultation.

We can provide a varity of treatments at our centre i.e leg vessels,  thread vessels, wrinkles, rosacea, pigmentation, acne, fungal nail,  stretch marks, resurfacing, scarring and hair removal.
What is the recommended number of treatments and treatment intervals?
A minimum of 4- 6 weeks should elapse between treatments but actual  interval will vary with the hair type and body location. It is  difficult to predict the number of treatment sessions that may be  required for the hair removal. The table below is a guide for the  average number of treatments for common body sites.
